Grommet Strip

Grommet strip (or grommet edging strip) helps protect cables and wires from chafing by metal and wooden panel openings where sharp edges may be present.  The application of grommet strip to such panel openings gives them a smooth edge, thus minimising the chances of damage to cables during installation. Grommet strip is extremely flexible.  It is also therefore the perfect solution where standard grommets would be hard to apply.  Simply cut the strip to the length required with a knife or scissors, then apply to the required edging.  Wires and cables can then inserted into the panel opening with the the risk of damage greatly reduced. Grommet strip is suitable for plate thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 6.5mm.  Our standard coil size is 25 metres. The colour of our grommet strip is natural.
