Solar connectors, as their name suggests, are single contact electrical connectors, commonly used for connecting solar panel systems in series. They are easy to install, water-resistant, corrosion-resistant and cause less mechanical stress to the connected cable compared to their predecessors.
Our MC3 solar connectors are fully touch protected and allow for quick and easy on-site connection, lowering installation costs. MC3 connectors are suitable for use on cables with a cross section of 2.5-4mm2, with an outer diameter of 4.9-7.1mm.
